• No restocking charge. Inventory items returned in good condition will be restocked without a charge, except on special order items as determined by the manufacturer.

• Hands-on training. The training classroom will be set up with actual working equipment for hands-on training for specific individual account needs.
• Manufacturer-led training. Manufacturing companies will conduct technical training classes on their equipment for area contractors.
• Interactive showroom. Your customer is invited to our training facility/showroom to evaluate our fully operational 80 percent, two-stage variable speed furnace, 90 percent furnace, condensing unit and zoning system.
